Okay so today i'm going to talk about something pretty important , going out to eat.
Going out to eat can mean many things. For one, it can be an first impression, for a date, or an interview. It could be a fun time for families to connect. For diabetic's we have to try and estimate.
A Book I use for going out to eat is called Calorie King. It is a great book. It lists many places and fast food. It gives calories, and carbs and protein ! It also has regular food !!!
